Refund Policy

If a product is received faulty, a member of our team will liaise with you assess

the claim and need to approve if the product is indeed faulty. In such case,

Shrees Fashion will refund the entire cost of the transaction to the customer by

the same mode/method of payment. 

Should a customer wishes to return a product, they can do so at their own

expense of shipping to and back to us, while also a restock fee of 5%

applies.  

Any return product should be returned by the customer within 10 (inc shipping

days) days of receipt of the product failure to do so, Shrees Fashion may reject

the claim and not accept the product returned.

For any change of mind returns, refunds are only applied as store-credit to the

customer or can exchange another product of the same or higher value. 

Customised or personalised orders cannot be retuned or exchanged

Sarees for which a blouse is stitched as part of the order cannot be returned or exchanged. 

WARRANTY

For products purchased through https://angelfashionstudio.au

Jewellery is delicate by its very nature and Shree’s Fashion does not cover loss,

damage (including bent items), breakage or gradual changes in appearance

due to normal wear, mishaps-getting caught and breaking, careless handling or

improper use.

Sarees are also an intricate clothing that are woven with expert precision some

hand woven and some power looms.

There may be Lumps, and/or knots seen in sarees are not considered faulty as

they are formed when broken threads are joined during the weaving process. 

Non-uniformity of threads connecting at a particular point is not considered

defective

There may at times the design of the body may seep into the pallu (especially

for SILK) is not considered defective. 

Unless exclusive stated silk sarees are not soft in nature and

may feel hard and sturdy at times depending on the amount of starch used on the silk threads

which is also not considered defective
